Here’s a simple, easy and refreshing recipe on how to make your own cbd detox drink. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of water (filtered or coconut water for added electrolytes)
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 dropper (1 mL) of CBD oil or tincture (preferably unflavored or citrus-flavored)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or agave for sweetness

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    Wash and slice the cucumber and lemon thinly. Grate the fresh ginger for a more intense flavor.
  2. Combine:
    In a large glass or mason jar, add the cucumber slices, lemon slices, grated ginger, and mint leaves.
  3. Add Liquid:
    Pour the water or coconut water over the ingredients. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Infuse:
    Let the drink sit for at least 30 minutes in the fridge to allow the flavors to meld together. For a stronger taste, refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  5. Add CBD:
    Just before drinking, add the CBD oil or tincture and stir well. Adjust the dosage according to your preference and CBD tolerance.
  6. Sweeten (Optional):
    Add honey or agave if desired, stirring to dissolve.
  7. Serve:
    Pour the detox drink into a glass with ice, garnish with a mint sprig or lemon slice, and enjoy!
